Returns

Change Your Mind Returns

We are very sure that you will love your purchase, but if you change your mind, then we are happy to refund your purchase price (however the original postage and return postage is at your cost).

Simply put, send the goods back in their original condition / packaging and we will refund your purchase price, no questions asked (postage will be at your cost).

The Conditions

a/ Please let us know that you are returning the item within 30 days of receiving it.

b/ Shipping costs will not be refunded for a change your mind return (if shipping was included in the purchase price the cost will be deducted from the refund).

c/ Custom made or special order products cannot be returned, we take care to make sure we have your agreement before we do these. 

Incorrect or Faulty Goods

Sometimes this happens, we send the wrong item, or there is a problem. Let us know so we can put it right. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error..

Refunds

We will process the refund, using the same form as the original payment.  We will do this in 2 working days of receiving the goods back.

Warranties / Guarantees

Regardless of all of the above, rest assured you are covered by the Consumers Guarantee Act.

We only use the information to communicate with you, and send your purchase to you.

Online Shopping

We take a number of precautions to protect your information and security while shopping online.

  • We use https:// for encrypted communications between you and us
  • We do not store your credit card information (Paypal looks after the payment side)
  • We take reasonable practical steps to protect our website from harm and attacks.
